Interior E-Design Process
If you love our design styles but are not ready for the all-inclusive full service that we do, E-Design service may be the right choice for you.
An introduction call and a specialized questionnaire will help us start building a personalized profile of your space. Then we will send you our design agreement which mainly confirms the scope of work.
Upon your approval, we will need you to provide us with payment of the design fee in full (by Book Now below) along with your room measurements, photos and inspiration images of things that you absolutely love.
The average time-frame for design is 2 to 3 weeks per room. We will email you with a design package which includes:
A detailed floor plan showing furniture and fixture and elevations showing the sizes and locations of artworks if necessary;
Colored elevations to visualize the design and to guarantee the result is to your liking (3D renderings can be requested with an extra fee);
A gorgeous mood board of colors, materials, furniture, lighting, window coverings, major accessories, etc;
A schedule of materials, fixtures, and furniture with recommended vendors for you to shop on your own;
We also provide designer notes and additional suggestions via email or phone call.
Our fee for E-Design is CAD1500 per room. You can call us first or book now.
