Interior Design Onsite Consultation

If you have some questions and expectations of improving your home but don't have a clear plan of what you are going to do or how much you need to invest in order to carry out what you want for your home interior. Our 120 minutes onsite consultation will offer you directions and will answer your questions regarding your home after evaluating your existing condition.

Here is a list outlining how you should prepare for our meeting and send to me by email prior to the meeting:

State your goals.

Think about your purpose in designing the space, as well as the look and feel you want to achieve. Envision your ideal final result and then collect some example images of spaces that speak to the style you would like to create as well as things that you specifically want.

Specify your problems.

What design dilemmas can I help you with? Please make a list, starting with your most pressing issue, and continue on down with more items that need to be improved in order of how urgent they are. During the consultation, we will address the items on your list from the top down and go until the time is up.

Think about your scope.

You probably expect me to come up with ideas that are greater than what you have come up with, but it would still be helpful for you to give me an idea of how ambitiously you would like me to think. Do you want me to consider tearing through walls or throwing out all the furniture and starting over with your room? Or, do you have specific limitations in mind concerning budget, time frame, and scope? There is no use for me to come up with grand ideas if there is no way we will be able to make them happen. On the other hand, please keep in mind: there is also no need to think too small, especially if you happen to have a great amount of budget hanging around in your back pocket for this project.

Important notes:

We only have 120 minutes, so don’t get too ambitious. We have covered a lot of territory in the consultation, but I cannot design your entire house this way. If after the consultation we come to the conclusion that you have just got too much to deal with and wish to be engaged with our full-service design (agreement signed within 90 days after the consultation), you will be credited CA$250 at the end of your full-service design project.

Additional notes:

Onsite Consultation is a one-time consultation service. Any follow-up questions or correspondence will be billed as an Interior Design Q&A session at CA$250.

Please keep in mind that no contractors would be recommended through this service.

Our Onsite Consultation fee is CA$500. You can call/email us first to know more or just book now.
